Expanding Automated Cytogenetics Workflows in Uruguay

We are pleased to share a recent MetaSystems installation at Asociación Española in Uruguay, carried out by our colleague Lucas Faro with the support of Agustín Pazos from our partner ALDENOR.

As an existing MetaSystems customer in cytogenetics, Asociación Española has now expanded its workflow with the integration of artificial intelligence driven by Deep Neural Networks (DNNs), while adding FISH image acquisition and processing with MetaSystems.

This expansion brings DNN-based tools and FISH processing together within the laboratory’s cytogenetics workflow, supporting a more integrated approach to digital microscopy.
