We are looking for a Service Administrator for our office in Boston, USA. The owner of this position will provide general support to the Service Department.

Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Data entry in Salesforce database
  • Customer phone support and general service call handling
  • First level Complaint handling and case entry
  • Overall support for Field Service
  • Administration of documentation for cases and systems
  • Case and Noncompliance tracking
  • Vendor returns and repair setup

Minor Responsibilities:

  • Part inspection
  • Shipping support
  • Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

  • College degree, preferably in Biotech related field

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly detail orientated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of databases (Salesforce) desirable
  • Flexible team player, quick learner
  • Good communication and organizational skills
