In order to strengthen our Italian Sales team, we are looking for talented

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed studies in molecular biology/biotechnology/medical laboratory technician/specialization in medical genetics/biomedical engineering; (Bachelor/Master/PhD);
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Office package, software for the management of sales projects (CRM);
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity and problem-solving;
  • Strong communication skills and good propensity to work in a team and strong work orientation by objectives;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Convincing and confident appearance in dealing with customers;
  • Sales and customer-oriented way of working;
  • Ability to approach activities based on processes according to lean and risk-based methodologies;
  • Excellent skills in analysis and understanding of needs and hierarchical reporting;
  • Knowledge of technical and application solutions;
  • Ability to analyze the market and opportunities;
  • Ability to perform technical order fulfillment and order verification based on offer;
  • Very good knowledge of Italian and English spoken and written;
  • Preference is given to an experience of at least 2/3 in a similar role;
  • Willingness to travel at home and abroad (approx. 50%).

What will you mainly deal with:

  • Train customers from a technical and application point of view
  • Move, install and uninstall diagnostic equipment
  • Effectively demonstrate the instrumentation at customers and / or venues of national and international events
  • Answer even complex technical and application questions in an exhaustive way
  • Analyze the market to understand its opportunities
  • Visit consolidated and potential customers to identify and satisfy their needs
  • Produce offers
  • Support the tender office by defining the configuration of the equipment and technical data sheets within the commercial offers
  • Contribute to the definition of the price of commercial offers
  • Verify the correspondence between order and offer
  • Verify the validity from a technical and commercial point of view of offers and orders
  • Contribute to the technical fulfillment of orders
  • Contribute to the periodic updating of the Italian price lists based on the updates made by the parent company
  • Contribute to the periodic verification of the correspondence between product codes and configuration codes and update them according to the changes made by the Parent Company
  • Know the solutions and carry out the activities necessary for the proper performance of the sales and after-sales project in an organized and profitable way
